The nature of our products doesn’t typically warrant a return policy at other stores, but we are glad to offer a 7 day return policy on all new/sealed merchandise (custom/personalized orders do not qualify).
Please contact us first to initiate a return. All items must be in the same condition as they were received to qualify for a return. (New, clean, never opened, never worn, no missing tags, accessories, no masking removed from decals, etc.) We will refund the cost of the item only, shipping and handling costs will not be refunded. All shipping costs related to returns and/or exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.
You must have a RMA number (return material authorization) before sending any item back to us. (RMA # are good for 2 days from issuance.) Please provide the packing slip, invoice number and date. Returns that are not due to our error will be subject to a restocking fee. Physical products must be in the same condition as sold, new, sealed and in original condition. We suggest using USPS, FedEx or UPS or other traceable methods of insured shipping for your protection. You must inform us about defects, shortages, and exceptions within 7 days of receipt of order or the order is considered complete. There are no returns 8 days of receiving the order. After a return has been received, it will take 7 to 14 working days to process. All refunds are processed through PayPal. We reserve the right to update, modify or change this return policy at any time.
Digital Downloads are non-refundable. Custom or personalized orders do not qualify for a refund. We do not offer returns on any international orders.
