Digital Downloads Policy --- When purchasing our digital downloads, please be aware of the following terms:

Scope of Responsibility: Our commitment revolves around the generation and management of the files via our platform. We assume that users are proficient in tasks such as cutting, editing, vinyl crafting, and print creation. We do not provide support for these functions.

Expertise Expectation: The files are provided under the presumption that you, the purchaser, are well-versed with the specific file formats in question and have the requisite knowledge to adjust and customize them for your creative requirements.

Usage Agreement: By purchasing our digital files, you concur to:

• Utilize the files solely for personal projects.
• Refrain from sharing, selling, or distributing the files.
• Avoid claiming the digital designs as your own, as ownership of all designs remains with us.

Refunds & Liabilities: Owing to the intangible nature of digital assets, refunds for digital items are not available. Furthermore, by using our files, you accept that we are exempt from any liability related to the end products you create from our designs.

Licensing: No licensing rights are conveyed with any digital downloads, nor through any interactions on this website.

Convixxion.com makes no representations or warranties, either express or implied, of any kind with respect to the Convixxion sites, their operations, contents, products, digital downloads, information, and materials. Convixxion.com expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, of any kind with respect to the sites or their use, including but not limited to merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. You agree that Convixxion.com, its directors, officers, employees or other representatives shall not be liable for damages or injuries arising from the operation, content or use of the Convixxion sites, products or files. Privacy Policy --- We do not rent, sell or distribute our customer base or newsletter e-mails to anyone. Your privacy is important to us and is completely guaranteed. When you give us your e-mail, address or phone number during the ordering process they are used for order confirmation purposes only. We only accept Payments by Shopify, PayPal and Amazon Pay at this time, therefore all information is secured and handled by Shopify, PayPal and Amazon. We only receive information from PayPal and Amazon that allows us to complete the order you have placed with us. Products and Purchases --- We may provide product information, including technical information, specifications, recommendations, literature, and other materials (collectively “Product Information”) for customer’s convenience. The accuracy or completeness of Product Information is not guaranteed and is subject to change without notice. No license under us or third party intellectual property rights is granted or implied with this product Information. Customer is solely responsible for evaluating and selecting products and determining whether each product is fit for a particular purpose and/or suitable for customer’s use and/or method of application. Due to intricate parts, magnets or small pieces, our products are not intended for children.

Product Liability and Usage ---

Intended Use: Our products are designed for adult enthusiasts and collectors and are not intended for children under 14. Please use them as intended and keep them out of reach of children and pets.

Safety First: While we pride ourselves on the quality and safety of our products, it’s important to handle them with care. We are not liable for injuries or damage from proper or improper use of our products.

Responsibility: By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and agree to handle them responsibly. We are committed to your satisfaction and safety, but our responsibility does not extend to misuse or accidents.

Pre-Orders and Buy-Ins --- By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to all Convixxion terms, policies, and listing information provided at the time of purchase. Pre-orders are based on estimated arrival dates provided by the manufacturer or distributor. These timelines are subject to change due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to logistics, port delays, production issues, or quality inspections.

Canceling a Pre-Order: If you wish to cancel a pre-order, a full refund may be issued only if the item has not yet been ordered from the distributor or shipped to us. Once the order has been placed with or shipped from the distributor, it cannot be canceled or refunded until it arrives, and standard return policies will apply.

We will always provide updates as information becomes available and do our best to communicate any delays or changes promptly. By completing a pre-order purchase, you agree not to hold Convixxion LLC liable for any changes in estimated delivery or release timelines that are outside our control.

Trademarks and Brand Ownership --- All trademarks, logos, and brand names appearing on this website are the property of their respective owners. Any references to The Grinch™, Harry Potter™, Disney™, NECA™, and other licensed properties are used solely to identify genuine, officially licensed products offered on this website.

Convixxion is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the trademark holders unless explicitly stated. All product names, images, and brand marks remain the exclusive property of their respective trademark owners.
