Delivery

Ready to Ship items are generally dispatched within 3-4 business days (excluding custom products and/or products where variations are available) after receipt of payment and are shipped via United States Postal Service with tracking. Insurance and Signature Required is available for an additional charge.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide an accurate shipping address at checkout. If you realize the address is incorrect PRIOR to shipping, please contact us immediately. If the new address incurs additional shipping fees, an additional invoice will be sent to you and must be paid with 24 hours. If you realize your address is incorrect AFTER shipping, please contact your local post office to inquire about having your package re-routed (please be aware that they usually charge for this). Once an item has shipped, we are not held responsible for incorrect addresses, delays or lost packages showing to be delivered. Route protection is mandatory during checkout. If a product is returned to us for an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the additional cost to re-ship the item. If you would prefer a refund, we will be glad to issue a refund for the item, minus original shipping fees and/or any applicable restocking fees. If an item is showing as delivered but you’re unable to locate it, please call your local post office.

TAT on custom products is 2-4 weeks, on the listing and/or discussed with the client prior to finalization of the order. Time will vary, especially during peak seasons and holidays. For wholesale orders and buy-ins, we will always keep you informed of the estimated TAT and delivery times.

Buy-Ins and Pre-Orders will always show an ESTIMATED delivery date to our warehouse, but does not take into account for delays, logistic/port delays, our quality inspection and/or from the time it ships from our location. We try to be very clear and communicative about pre-orders and buy-ins on our bulk order group, so please reach out to us with any questions.
