Shipping policy
Ready-to-Ship Items
Orders for ready-to-ship items are typically dispatched within 1–4 business days, excluding weekends, holidays, custom products, and variable products. All shipped orders include USPS tracking.
Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Custom product turnaround times (TAT) are usually 2–3 weeks unless otherwise stated in the listing or discussed prior to purchase. Production time may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or periods of high order volume.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order listings display an estimated arrival date to our warehouse. Please note that manufacturer, port, or logistics delays may affect delivery times. Once items arrive, each item is typically inspected before shipping to help ensure quality and customer satisfaction. We provide updates as soon as we receive them.
Shipping Methods & Fees
Orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) by default. Customers may request signature confirmation for an added fee.
Shipping charges include postage, handling, and packaging materials. If applicable, handling fees are fixed; postage varies by weight and destination.
To receive the best shipping rate, we recommend placing all desired items in a single order. Separate orders cannot be combined once placed and will ship individually.
We cover the cost of standard shipping insurance up to $100. For order values above $100, customers are responsible for purchasing additional package protection if they would like coverage beyond the standard amount.
Shopify may offer optional Route Package Protection at checkout for added coverage during transit as well.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before checkout.
If you notice an error before your order ships, contact us right away so we can update it. Address changes that result in higher shipping costs may require an additional invoice, payable within 24 hours.
If your order has already shipped, please contact your local post office to request redirection. Additional carrier fees may apply, and Convixxion has no control over those costs.
Convixxion is not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect addresses, postal issues, carrier delays, transit times, or packages marked as Delivered.
Returned or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the buyer is responsible for reshipping costs. If you prefer a refund instead, we will issue a refund for the item’s cost minus original shipping and any applicable restocking fees.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once tracking confirms Delivered, ownership and responsibility transfer to the customer.
If your order appears to be missing, please contact your carrier first to open a claim. We are happy to provide documentation to assist with the claim process.
