Shipping policy

At Convixxion, we take great care in ensuring every order is packaged securely and shipped promptly. Whether it’s a licensed collectible or one of our own branded items, your purchase is handled with the same level of professionalism and attention to detail.


Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Pre-order and backorder items ship as soon as inventory becomes available. Estimated ship dates are provided by our vendors and may be subject to change.

  • Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may ship separately.


Shipping Methods & Delivery

  • We ship through USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on item type, weight, and destination.

  • Delivery times vary by carrier and location but generally range from 3–7 business days once shipped.

  • Tracking information will be emailed once your order is dispatched.


Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

  • Free shipping promotions, when offered, apply to qualifying orders shipped within the contiguous United States only.

  • At this time, we do not ship internationally outside the U.S.


Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.
Convixxion is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • Once a package leaves our facility, delivery time and handling are under the control of the carrier.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so we can file a claim or arrange a replacement if available.

  • If your package is lost or marked “delivered” but not received, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.


Preorders & Special Releases

Certain items — such as limited-edition or exclusive licensed products — are made available on a preorder basis.
All preorder sales are final. If a manufacturer or distributor cancels or significantly delays a release, a full refund will be issued automatically.


Local Pickup (if applicable)

Local pickup is available for select events or storefronts in North Carolina. Pickup orders must be claimed within 10 business days of notification unless otherwise arranged.
